School's (not) out for summer.
Posters depicting cells and chromosomes decorate the walls, and children are sitting eagerly in their chairs. With books and pencils at the ready, one might think this to be an ordinary school day - except it's July, and school let out weeks ago. Instead of swimming at the pool or playing with friends, these kids are waiting to learn about genetics.
